Parking
Two-hour street parking on Linden Row and Hawthorne Street, with more space on Grand Avenue. There is a bike rack right outside the door, so a bike is often the quickest way to make the first batch.
Accessibility
Step-free entrance and a low section of counter. The room is small, so on busy mornings call ahead from outside and we'll bring your order to the door.

Questions about allergies, catering or an order you placed. We reply within one working day.
- Pre-orders need at least two hours' notice and open 7 days ahead, so the best of the morning bake can be set aside before we open. For more than two dozen pieces or whole tarts, please give us 48 hours and call ahead. You can order ahead here.
- Every item on the menuis marked for gluten, dairy, nuts and eggs, and the full ingredients are listed on each one. Everything is made in one small kitchen that also handles sesame and shellfish, so we can't promise any item is free from traces. If you have a severe allergy, talk to us before you order.
- We bake bread and pastry for a few local cafés and restaurants, and cater office breakfasts and small events. Email hello@ladouceurbakery.com with the dates and numbers and we'll put together a quote. For celebration cakes, use the custom cake request, which needs at least 72 hours.
- Yes. Gift cards are sold at the counter in any amount from $20, and they never expire. They can be used for walk-in purchases, pre-orders and custom cakes.
- Holiday hours are posted here and on Instagramtwo weeks ahead. We usually close on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and open early on Thanksgiving morning for pre-ordered loaves and pies.
